Leading clients to the successful and positive resolution of receiverships has been a hallmark of the Shepherd Group LLC. Frank Sakelaris has served as a court appointed Receiver for over 40 cases involving multiple property types, employing detailed property reviews combined with proactive property management in line with approved court orders.

The Shepherd Group LLC will provide leadership and
guidance by:

• Generating detailed property reviews
• Providing aggressive leasing and management policies (collections, property taxes, appeals, and short-term plans per approved court orders, maintenance, etc.)
• Submitting timely reports and filings
• Identifying exit strategies and developing plans to
  implement them
• Evaluating property capitalization structures, default potential, and cash flow analysis
• Assessing loan work-out plans
